Mr. Aziz Ahmed
Founder, Garnet Investment Fund
Aziz Ahmed is managing partner of the garnet invest fund, a Houston Based SEC registered RE investment fund under 506 Reg.D. Aziz is a Pakistani American originating from Karachi and has extensive experience in investment real estate. Mr. Ahmed is an MBA, a graduate of IBA, Karachi University and has attended the University of Houston and American management association for professional education on management. In his professional career he very successfully managed market leaders in real estate development, consumer durables and textiles, working for major multinational and transnational companies. He migrated to the US as permanent resident in early 2010 and since then has been involved in investment real estate as an investor and managing partner & owner of companies with interest in affordable housing, multifamily property management, single family homes, construction of new housing and acquisition of investment grade real estate, including land and housing for re positioning.
Mr. M. H. (Sam) Samana
M. H. (Sam) Samana is a member and manager of the General Partner. Mr. Samana is a managing partner of TMC Elite Homes Inc, He is a Pakistani American originating from Karachi and has extensive experience in investment real estate. Mr. Samana holds a master's degree in economics and came to the US as a young man many years ago. After a brief career with a financial services company, Mr. Samana started his own company for distribution of automotive parts, and over the years he has grown the company into a major distributor, importer and exporter of automotive parts. Very early in his career he started investing in real estate and over the years has become a very savvy investor. Along with other investment partners he is actively involved in new acquisitions and property developments.
